This policy applies to the one-off £49 total Cyber Essentials detailed action plan sold by Right Cyber UK Limited. No VAT is charged. It should be read with the terms of sale accepted for the order.
A UK consumer normally has 14 days from the conclusion of an online contract to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel while that right remains, email a clear statement to info@rightcyber.co.uk or use the model form below before the deadline. The form is optional.
Payment alone does not start personalised generation or supply. If generation has not been started, a valid cancellation within the 14-day period receives a full refund.
Immediately before generation, the buyer is asked to expressly request Right Cyber UK Limited to begin generating, performing and supplying the personalised plan during the 14-day cancellation period and to acknowledge the effect on cancellation rights.
Where the plan is treated as digital content, the change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once supply begins after the consumer gives the required express consent and acknowledgement. Where any part is legally treated as a service, a consumer who requested performance to start may have to pay a proportionate amount for work performed before cancellation, and the right is lost once the service is fully performed after the required request and acknowledgement.
Losing a change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove statutory remedies for content that is faulty, materially not as described or not supplied.
Email info@rightcyber.co.uk from the address used for the assessment. Include the order reference, approximate payment date and a clear description of the cancellation or problem. Do not send card details, passwords, secret keys or raw cyber-security evidence.
A valid statutory refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Right Cyber UK Limited is informed of an effective cancellation or agrees that the buyer is entitled to the remedy. It is returned to the original payment method without a fee. Stripe or the buyer's bank controls when the credit appears after it is issued.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable, paid digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known to the seller and as described. If it is not, available remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction up to a full refund.
The statutory consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to a buyer acting wholly or mainly for trade, business, craft or professional purposes. This does not remove any rights that apply to the business purchase under the agreed terms or mandatory law.
A full refund ends the associated hosted paid access. A downloaded copy cannot be technically recalled and must continue to be handled securely.
